Job Descriptions:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualification should be at least a Graduate Engineer and holder of COC Class 1 (Unlimited FG) on (Tanker - Oil / Crude / Chemical / LNG / LPG ) or Dry – ( Bulk / Containers)
2. Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on Bulk Carriers or Tankers.
3. Minimum 3 Year Experience in Senior Officer Rank on Foreign Going Tanker Vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, etc.

• Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment.

• Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgement of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letters.

• Manage recruitment/hiring processes including interview, reference checks, execute employee onboarding, new hire orientation, etc.
