• Position: Senior Accounts Executive/Junior Accountant (Navision/MNC/Payroll) - Up to $5500

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly financial statement and management report (presentation slides), for the monthly management meeting.
• Provide annual audit financial statement for local statutory filing and tax filing, liaise closely with the auditor and tax agent.
• Prepare annual budget, quarter forecast as per company’s guidelines and timeline. Analyze the variance between Budget and Actual and provide advice to the management.
• Ensure compliance to the company’s and Group’s accounting and operation processes.
• Ensure efficient use of all financial systems and tools and implement any changes to systems / policies as required.
• Manage the company’s treasury and cash management functions, maintain good relationship with the bank, ensure healthy cashflow for the day-to-day operation.
• Ensure effective credit control function, support sales team on AR collection.
• Ensure on-time Transfer Pricing filing, documentation & GST Filing.
• Ensure on-time daily bank balance update in the system & Month End Closing.
• Prepare the monthly payroll and statutory payments.
• Ensure on-time supplier payments.
• Updating the project list and project billing on timely basis.
• Ensure timely data entry in Navision (Customer billing and Supplier invoice).

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of local + IFRS Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software Navision will be preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only speak mandarin.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, plan & implement Metta’s fundraising events/activities.
• Ensure the events/activities are smoothly organized to obtain optimal results.
• Garner sponsorships & donations for fundraising events & general appeals
• Update the volunteer's/donor management system.
• Work closely with donors for donations in kind
• Coordinate with Community Partnership Department on the recruitment of volunteers for fundraising events & activities
• Undertake and/or assist E&P Department in all fundraising events and activities when required.
• Undertake and/or assist in CSR events.
• Handle public enquiries for donation, donation-in-kind, sponsorships and community projects.

Qualifications
