1) To organise and compile dossiers for registrating Shofu Dental

Products as medical device in the Asia-Pacific Region.

2) To maintain registered products licenses to ensure compliance.

3) To support processing of orders, prepare of shipments and control

back orders for Customers.

4) Proficiency in Microsoft office (Words & Excel).

5) Other Administrative duties.

Qualifications :

Polytechnic Diploma / Advanced / Specialist / Management / Graduate Diploma / Master Degree or equivalent.

You will be directly involved in the process of consultation and marketing of Freight Forwarding /NVOCC/logistic services. Able to handle carriers/feeder operation.

• Ability to self-manage and drive to results.

• To develop strong business building relationship with existing and new customer base.

• To be fully accountable for meeting individual key performance indicators and targets.

• Meeting sales forecast and target.

• Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance, and plans.

• Willing to travel oversea on short notice.

Requirements

• Must have minimum Diploma/ University Degree in any discipline.

• Ideal candidate should have the experiences selling air/ ocean/ import/ export/ FCL/LCL; full line of logistics services with good contacts in market.

• Experienced shipping executive of 2 -3 years with Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/regional, shipping or liner industry,

• Fresh graduated /Entry level applicants with experience but lacks qualification etc are welcome to apply.

• Able to work independently, with multitasking abilities, and able to take work pressure

• Good team player.

• Positive work attitude and good communication skills and willingness to travel inside Asian region.

• Sales focused with strong abilities to develop good customer relations and hit sales targets.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Head to plan, execute and manage strategic marketing to achieve corporate goals
• Formulate growth strategies for products and solutions in the digital domain (e.g. artificial intelligence)
• Evaluate and optimise end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Conduct market scans and industry research on emerging technologies, innovations and trends for adoption
• Handle and liaise with Communication Team in marketing communications, including website, copywriting, presentations and social media

Job Requirements

• A good Degree in marketing or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of proven B2B marketing and project management experience, particularly in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Highly creative with strong analytical, data-driven skills
• Meticulous and resourceful with good networking abilities
• Must think, write and communicate well
