Overall responsibility for QRC activities across the Work Dynamics business. Ensure that QRC strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market and in a sustained manner. Evaluate the risks faced by the business and take action to mitigate and develop opportunities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate use of the JLL quality management systems (QMS) across all industries and clients within the region, and optimize the use of the JLL QMS to add value and minimize compliance risk for IFM services provided to our clients.
