We are looking for a passionate BD & Growth professional to drive market growth and business expansion for the company. This role will involve market planning and strategy, social media operations and growth, community management and growth, as well as project-based business development. Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Planning & Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive market planning and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share;
   Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and execute effective product positioning and promotional campaigns;
   Collaborate with teams to continuously optimize marketing activities for higher ROI and performance.
   
2. Social Media Operations & Growth:Manage and operate the company’s social media platforms, ensuring increased follower count and engagement;

   Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
   
3. Community Operations & Growth:Oversee the management and growth of both online and offline communities, fostering user engagement and community vitality;
   Develop and implement community growth strategies to expand community size and enhance user loyalty and interaction;
   Organize online events, discussions, and interactions to increase community activity and enhance brand value.
   
4. Project Business Development (BD):Identify and pursue potential clients, partners, and business opportunities to drive strategic collaborations;
   Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, fostering mutual benefits and resource sharing;
   Participate in business negotiations, contract signing, and ensure smooth execution of collaborative projects.
   Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in market planning, social media operations, community management, or business development;
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive teams to achieve goals;
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with hands-on growth hacking experience;
• Self-motivated with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to a fast-changing market environment;
• Project management experience, capable of efficiently handling multiple projects and delivering them on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Growth:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to position MCS as a key player in Singapore's cleaning industry.
• Plan and create structured departments for operations, sales, customer service, and workforce management.
• Identify market opportunities and trends in both residential and commercial cleaning sectors to drive organic growth.

2. Business Development and Client Acquisition:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and residential clients, property managers, and government agencies.

3. Operational and Workforce Planning:

4. Marketing and Branding:

• Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement plans.

5. Financial Oversight and Performance Tracking:

• Set revenue targets and establish KPIs to monitor the company’s performance.

• Regularly report progress to the Director and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
