About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. You will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will work on ensuring our company’s commitment to comply with regulatory requirements and to maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be a key member of the R&D Digital Translation team established under the Singapore Maritime Institute. The R&D Digital Translation team develops and operates digital and cyber products and translates R&D projects to real world implementations for the maritime industry.

You will collaborate with fellow product owners, scrum masters, developers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital products to meet the business requirements of the maritime community. You will work with the product owner to define the product strategy and roadmap, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and working closely with the product engineering team or vendors to deliver quality digital products. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to ensure that company operations and transactions comply with local and international laws and regulations.

Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.

Manage the company's intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights.

Represent the company in legal disputes and litigation.

Collaborate with external law firms to handle complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with legal practice qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fintech or virtual banking industry.

Familiarity with commercial law, contract law, and international law.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to generate local catering and meeting leads with close follow-up and monitoring of leads leading to conversion.
• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
