Job Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall strategic management and execution of core operational functions within the company. This includes leadership over Trip Support, Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations, Aircraft Owner Accounts, Crew Logistics, and the coordination of suppliers and vendors. The Operations Executive will ensure that the company's services meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management of Trip Support Functions

• Oversee the planning and coordination of flight operations, including route planning, overflight permits, ground handling, and fuelling.
• Ensure seamless execution of client trips by maintaining close communication with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor regulatory updates in international aviation to ensure compliance

1. Medical Evacuation Sales and Operations

• Lead and manage the Medical Evacuation (Medevac) division, ensuring rapid response capabilities and adherence to medical and aviation protocols.
• Establish partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and other service providers.
• Oversee pricing strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) for MedEvac operations.

1. Management of Aircraft Owner Accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring client satisfaction and operational transparency.
• Manage aircraft scheduling, utilization, and financial performance of owned aircraft.
• Conduct regular reviews of aircraft maintenance status and liaise with technical teams for upkeep and service.

1. Crew Logistics

• Oversee the coordination and management of all crew-related logistics, including commercial positioning flights, accommodation, and catering.
• Ensure efficient crew rostering and duty time management in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors providing crew services such as transportation and lodging.

1. Executive Coordination and Vendor Management

• Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with key suppliers and vendors, including handling, catering, fuel, and other critical operational services.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure service continuity and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the procurement process and ensure it aligns with company standards and budget constraints.

• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with international and domestic aviation safety regulations.

Working Conditions:

Coordination of structural works during construction process

Attending site meeting with contractor and other consultants.

Attending site issues, timely replies to RFI, coordinating VO (if any), material costing and estimation

Job Objectives

The Contracts Manager will be part of a small, global and highly specialized contracts team within Satair. The main focus of this position will be on the business of Satair in the Asia Pacific region and will support Satair contracts related to products and services in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. In addition, the position is aimed to support the other, regular activity of the Satair contracts team by supporting any contract-related activity, e.g. drafting and updating contractual templates, supporting the evolution of Satair’s Terms & Conditions, improving our processes or participating in other projects.

The position will be located in Singapore and requires the ability to travel for work, mainly within Asia-Pacific and exceptionally also to Europe.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, draft, negotiate, approve and manage any commercial downstream contracts for Satair Pte Ltd and for the rest of the Satair organisation (including Airbus S.A.S.) in compliance with our processes and policies and while minimizing our risks
• Manage contract lifecycle, from the internal validation and archiving to the implementation and follow-up, as e.g. amendments, renewal and termination, as well as disputes
• Harmonize the contracting experience of our customers across sites and entities (Airbus vs Satair)
• Support the Satair contracts team in managing commercial policies of Satair and Airbus Services
• Assist internal stakeholders in the Satair organisation (acting on behalf of Satair entities for distribution business and acting on behalf of Airbus for Airbus parts) and Airbus (Customer Support Directors, Supplier Management etc) by providing guidance and ensuring compliance on contractual topics
• Support Airbus Aircraft Sales and Services Campaigns by providing negotiation guidance on material-related topics and balancing risk and opportunities
• Drive the digitalization of general contracts lifecycle management within Satair

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an international commercial contracting or legal environment, or another relevant role
• At least 2 years of experience in drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of English law with regards to commercial contracts, understanding of Chinese law would be a plus
• Preferably a degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally a high degree of aviation business understanding
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus

Job Description & Requirements

Desktop Support: Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams.

On-Call Support: Serve as the point of contact for all site-based IT requirements on a 24x7 basis, including handling off-hours emergency issues as required.

Technical Troubleshooting: Perform technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users locally.

Process Consistency: Ensure that consistent processes, procedures, and technologies are utilized across the enterprise environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with Application and System Services team leads and managers to follow and execute directives.

Reporting: Provide reports supporting asset inventory using Excel and other tables as needed. Gather data and analyze activities that impact the value, cost, and risk of asset life cycles.

Application Support: Provide support for business applications and ensure a smooth user experience.
