RESPONSIBILITIES
· Formulate, drive and implement marketing programs and campaigns, including social media and digital strategies, to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan and objectives
· Analyse and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the objectives, including impact on leads
· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
· Conduct market research and analyse customer data to enhance products and services
· Negotiate and secure promotional tie-ups, spaces, partnerships and sponsorships
· Liaise and work closely with in-house graphic team, agencies, media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables
· Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches and other activities
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials
· Develop and maintain brand guidelines
· Track expenditures and report on ROI for marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication its equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity in advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising
· Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
· Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
