Job Title: Finance Manager (Master data and Management Reporting)
Job Location: Biopolis, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 1 year with option to extend for 1 year (1+1)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with SOPs.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.
- Perform closing and re-opening of project codes timely as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform checks on master data, flagging exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and maintained.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports to organisation research and supporting entities.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in audit or FP&A is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
