Objective of role:
As an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L, commercial results, developing and executing growth strategy, all aspects for branding and promoting our local retail stores including all online sales in Southeast Asia (own-and-operated Ecommerce site as well as Marketplaces) to the aspects of the business system.
You must have a strong background of Marketing, sales, operations, campaign planning, customer service, ecommerce knowledge and with excellent analytical and leadership skills to drive the online sales and Marketing strategies daily.
Key accountability & Responsibility:
· The Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for retail stores, and initiatives to achieve online sales targets (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces) and revenue growth.
· Conceptualization and execution of the integrated marketing program, strategic plan and to work within the annual budget
· Management of the brand's image – including the management of online feedback channel, social channels, and forums.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media, community, influencer marketing to support both retail sales and merchandising team to facilitate retail and website traffic, to increase sales.
· Strategic and operational management for all own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces Zalora, Lazada and Shopee, including UX, features, payment modules, localization, partner integrations, fulfilment.
· While keeping the confirmed ROI/ROAS, configuring the brand’s multi-channel growth tactic and campaign strategy based on local consumer behavior.
· Identifying and implementing new and innovative ways to optimize ROI/ROAS, including driving & optimizing traffic to the brand's websites and marketplaces as well as improving sales conversion rates for the aforementioned channels.
· Developing relationships with key stakeholders and prioritizing effective ways for new customer acquisition.
· Work in synergy with the merchandising and retail sales teams to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence.
Requirements:
· Independent, with an experienced ROI & data analytical mindset.
· Successful track record in Ecommerce from consumer brands or Ecommerce provider.
· At least 5 years of P&L responsibility.
· Working knowledge of Ecommerce business model and Ecommerce platforms (Shop Line, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora or similar).
· Good understanding of UI, UX and web development. Although the candidate does not need to be a technician, the candidate will demonstrate the understanding and appreciate solving the critical issues in collaboration with agency partner and retailers.
· Experience with working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
