· Create quality inspection plans and work instructions for incoming, In-process or outgoing parts to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.

JOBSCOPE OVERVIEW

The Quality Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial, project, and operational data across the organization. What will you do?

• Manage the development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments.
• Providing DevOps architecture implementation and operational support
• Architecture and planning for cloud deployments (Private and Public cloud)
• Be an innovative and hands-on DevOps engineer capable of looking at both the technology and strategy around the platform.

As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. You’ll work with Wise Platform enterprise partnerships and business payouts customers, Open Banking providers, and self-onboarded API users. They all depend on rapid and dedicated support: from general questions about the behaviour of an API or webhook, to acting as a first-responder for a major incident.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop a deep expertise in the Wise API products and capabilities, and solid understanding of how Wise Platform partnerships have integrated with the solution. You’ll collaborate with teams across the Wise Platform and Open Banking products to do that.

Responsibilities and Duties

To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs

Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards

Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary

Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects

Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements

Provide technical support to application development teams

The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring proper adoption of resource, quality and risk standards as well as managing project profit during the project lifecycle. He/She coordinates all administrative processes related to a project eg reports, claims, payment of invoices, including the final project handover documentation. The Team aims to spearhead the digital transformation of government. The GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) platform provides a federated agency hosting and infrastructure through modern cloud architecture implementation and the modernising of Government applications through adoption of agile development practices.

The Team is seeking independent and motivated Solution Engineer who has experience in both small and big scale cloud-based projects, to support agencies and the GCC product team to create value in the GCC platform. This role will work closely with the agency users, GCC product and partnering teams, using a collaborative approach with strong technical understanding, to assist and ensure that the GCC platform continues to add value to agencies.

• Work directly with GCC engineering team, product team and various key stakeholders.
• Support development of proof-of-concepts for GCC platform in concert with product team and various stakeholders.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions provided by teams across the organisation.
• Provide system troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains, expect to participate in on-call escalations to troubleshoot customer facing issues.
• Assist in the migration activities for GCC platforms.
