• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and security.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security policies, firewalls, and antivirus software to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams and other departments to support business needs and ensure system scalability.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system performance (more applicable to senior roles).

Required Experience & Skills:

• Junior Level: 0-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Mid-Level: 2-5 years of experience in system engineering or related field.
• Senior Level: 5+ years of experience with strong expertise in system architecture, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in managing Linux/Unix/Windows systems.
• Experience with network protocols, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Description:

• Involvement in the entire software development life cycle including application development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
• Responsible for the development, installation, configuration, and customization of Enterprise products and/or software services and cloud platforms.
• Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs.
• Perform troubleshooting & debugging software defects.
• Writing, testing clean and secure code to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
