Key Responsibilities

• Study and review the equipment and design treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
• Maintain the integrity and safety of the plant by ensuring all equipment is in working condition, with minimal downtime and regular servicing.
• Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are conducted timely.
• Collaborate closely with the Process Safety Management (PSM) team and laboratory department to monitor waste flow and develop effective waste treatment methods.
• Support and promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities among operators.
• Assist in the optimization of operations including treatment processes, manpower allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives for wastewater treatment plant operations.
• Ensure the treated wastewater meets the compliance standards for sewer discharge limits.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and standard operating procedures within the plant.

• Manage accounts receivable (AR), ensure accurate reconciliation of payments out, receipt funds, and maintain a tidy spreadsheet of numbers.
• Manage cashflow and ensure timely fee payments, including downloading bank statements and posting receipts.
• Reconcile invoices and accounts in Excel after fee payments.
• Ensure disbursements are paid according to percentages and maintain an Excel spreadsheet with details.

• Set up debt meetings with partners.

• Run ad hoc reports (e.g., WIP, bills delivered/paid, time entries) and handle other accounting tasks.
• Follow up on undispatched bills and regularly update the team to ensure timely bill delivery.
