Responsibilities:

Management Control:

• Helping with the preparation of annual budget and 3-year plan.
• Reforecasting to build accurate quarterly estimates and anticipate variances against budget.
• Monitors profitability with a focus on inventory which includes detailed analysis of sales, margin, purchases, stock level and associated depreciation.
• Prepares departments budget and cost follow up. Organizes monthly review and reforecast with heads of departments.
• Work closely with accounting team to guarantee the accuracy of the financial information, design the analytical structure, and ensure accuracy of cost allocation.

Internal Control:

• Assessment and management of risks on the business and processes.
• Monitor compliance with group procedures, local policies, and relevant laws/regulation.
• Conduct internal control reviews for stores, back office, events and on ad-hoc topics.
• Conduct monthly reviews and analysis on sensitive and high-risk transactions.
• Follow up on audit/internal control recommendations to ensure resolution of relevant risks and findings.
• Conduct testing and complete internal control self-assessment checklists.
• Participates in stock takes and ensure controls on inventory management are well respected.
• Partner with relevant departments and stakeholders to implement, change, or improve processes.
• Conduct trainings/briefings and provide support to stores and office teams on controls and compliance matters.
• Works closely with regional team on internal control initiatives.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing in similar capacity.
• Experience in managing internal controls and evaluating risk is appreciated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Preferably has prior experience with financial software (SAP, CEGID, TM1, Cognos).

Role

• Provide Quality Management System Support (IQA) • Plan and develop the IQA checklist based on the objectives and scope assigned.
• Conduct IQA via desk-check and verification of artefacts from performed processes.
• Analyse evidence that is necessary and sufficient for the IQA and draw the resulting conclusions.
• Prepare IQA findings and observations. Communicate and present to the auditees and management.
• Responsible for any follow-up verification and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.
• Provide support on user queries of Quality Management systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment that is CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 certified.
• Must be familiar with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles and ISO 9001 system.
• Must be familiar with software development life cycles and its related processes.
• Strong auditing and analytical skills with the ability to elicit root cause of process issue through asking the right questions.
• Ability to identify good practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Customer-centered disposition with good listening skills and patience.
• Familiar with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all Service Quality email enquiries / complaints for ASD
• Handle compilation of ASD’s DNC request for processing
• Handles Mystery Shopping checks for Loans Specialist team
• To conduct call checks on sales teams
• In charge of all administrative duties for the team – filing/ordering of water/stationary/mailbox etc
• Assist with archiving needs for the team
• Assist with various monthly reports and decks
• Assist with invoice processing
• Conduct PC sweep / clean desk sweep / surprise drawer checks
