Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for all production matters.

• Plan and forecast production schedule according to the orders and invoices, make reasonable arrangements for production and assign daily production tasks to Factory Manager.

根据业务订单及备货单制定和预测生产计划，合理安排生产，下达每日生产任务给厂长。

• Supervise and coordinate the Standard Operations Procedures of production department.

监督、协调生产部的标准作业流程。

• Enhance production progress through effective monitoring and flexible adjustment. Implement production schedules and improve productivity efficiently.

通过有效监督和灵活调整加强生产进度，有效实施生产计划并提高生产效率。

• Establish the quality awareness and enterprise spirit. Oversee and improve quality issues during production processes.

加强员工品质意识和对员工企业理念的引导，监督并改善生产过程中的产品质量问题。

• Monitor the right usage of equipment, ensure necessary maintenance and repairs for equipment.

• Responsible for the daily production, keep production area clean and safe.

• Implement production identification, supervise and inspect the processes of implementation.

• Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of our client’s business;
• Carrying out the audit based on audit planning, prepare appropriate audit work papers;
• Understanding the relationships between objectives of the audit sections, the need for the sufficiency of audit evidence, and presentation of the conclusions

The ideal candidate should have:

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
• Brings along 2 - 5 years of experience in handling a portfolio of listed clients
• A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with the relevant regulatory and reporting standards
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and SOX-404
• Experience in handling IPO engagements is greatly advantageous
• Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
