• Liaised with BCA for QM assessment and CONQUAS assessment, including structural, architectural and M&E works. o Collaborated with Clients, Consultants, Managing Agent/MCST and Homeowners to ensure a smooth handing over of the common areas and units.
• Developed and implemented Quality App to simplify the recording and communication process of defects for rectification by subcontractors.
