• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the Payments, Real-time Data, Online API (PROS) Program

Job purpose:

To strategically lead the AI and automation delivery organization within CBS, driving the ideation, development, and implementation of the global CBS AI and RPA roadmap to enhance operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage globally, by operationalizing a new capability center in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize a dedicated capability center in India for in-house AI development, and continuously lead and manage a highly motivated team. (20%)
• Establish and facilitate forums to engage and negotiate with senior management across CBS, cross-divisionally, and group functions to define and align AI initiatives and business objectives. (15%)
• Strategically formulate and deploy an AI and automation operating model, involving key stakeholders across CBS and Grundfos to foster innovation with cutting-edge technologies. (15%)
• Define and execute the AI and RPA roadmap to drive operational efficiencies across End to End CBS, and deliver value for One Grundfos. (15%)
• Lead the team to continuously develop processes, capabilities, and ways of working, and head technological progress and development to fulfill the business needs for scaling and technical advancements. (10%)
• Lead the change to ensure stakeholders are committed and actively participate in roadmap implementation, driving a strong collaboration and trust culture across team members and key collaboration partners for ideation, development, delivery, and implementation. (10%)
• Manage a global and diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation in a fast-paced and complex environment. (5%)
• Oversee budgeting and funding activities, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources. (5%)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing and executing key strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience working in a global environment is strongly preferred.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledgeable of agile methodologies, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to change and efficiently deliver projects in a dynamic and iterative development environment.
• Experience developing and implementing operating processes and setting strategic direction for AI and automation initiatives, in a global context.
• Strong leadership in driving AI initiatives across functions, with a high focus on End-2-End impact
• Experience in leading people directly or indirectly.
• Ability to influence and guide teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and RPA applications and best practices.
• Expertise in technical RPA and AI solutions in order to set direction.

We are seeking for a Regional Business Development Managaer, Asia for a premium modern building systems technology manufacturer organisation; also an established market leader in the building material sector.

This role would continue building the commercial and hospitality segment, increasing brand awareness and the position of our company within Asia-Pacific region. This includes setting up a network with architects, designers, owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain to build up good relationships between the companies.

Responsibilities

Regional Market Development

• Business development, research, and profile targets in the commercial property and hospitality segment.
• Identify potential account, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in the commercial property and hospitality segment.

Key Account Management

• Develop a rapport with new account and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with focus on owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain.
• Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services for the owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Regional Specification

• Work with technical, product and marketing team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Manage and support all regional projects in close collaboration with the responsible regional colleagues.

• Submit monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate to the management.
• Participate in internal and external business meeting, industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3 to 5 years of business development regional experience on Hotel and High-end Residential Industry or background in the Interior Designing industry.
• Excellent account management experience.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Understanding of the IoT, Smart Home and/or Hospitality Guestroom Management Systems will be preferred.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time
