Responsibilities:

• Provide management and maintainence services for the client.
• Carrying out daily works in the building including inspection, implement improvement works and attending to tenants' feedback.
• Supervise contractors/technicians to ensure they complete repair and maintenance work accordingly to timelines and standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot problems & provide professional advice to the management team on all facilities and building matters.
• Devise pro-active measures to improve building maintenance standards and efficiency and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or Building Services or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with Fire Safety Manager certification has an advantage.

• Prepare and submit management reports to the Client.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate Business/Facilities Management /Project and Facilities Management /Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties/retail mall.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Working location: Woodlands

Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB

• Assist the Building Manager to supervise the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
• Handle building's matters relating to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.
• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters.
• Present during performance auditing and render assistance to facilitate the completion of the performance auditing of the past inspection.
• Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing high rise building.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure

Salary: Up to $5,000 + mobile allowance + AWS + variable bonus
