Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in identifying customer needs and Prepare and analyze project costs for bids.
Prepare tender with client, including bill of quantities
Negotiating contracts and work schedules
Analyze results and create detailed progress reports
Prepare RFQ documents for suppliers and subcontractors
Obtain proposals from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate their proposals
Communication, good time management skills, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Assign work to subcontractors
Supervise the work of subcontractors during construction.
Advise clients on purchasing strategies
Identify, analyze and respond to business risks
Advising on disputes and claims under contracts
