• Assist in conducting surveys to collect data on user experiences, preferences, and satisfaction
• Accurately collect and organize survey data.
• Support in analyzing survey results, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings.
• Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of survey tasks.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the survey process, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are adhered to during the survey process.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in conducting survey
• Basic understanding of survey methodologies and data collection methods.
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face surveys and engaging with a diverse group of individuals.
• Familiarity with data entry and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or any survey tools).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling survey data.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with people and team members professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in 4 days per week (including shifts, weekends and public holidays)
