Job Description:

• Able to read & interpret tender specifications/ drawings.
• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Responsible for the preparation of a complete mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, including tabulate pricing, sourcing of supplier, BQ take-off and Value Engineering, etc.
• Responsible for collating tender documents for submission.
• Perform administrative duties assigned.

• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with proven track record.
• Interdependent with good communication skills.

Job Description:

• Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements;

• Responsible for detailed and accurate measuring quantity and taking off

• Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement

• Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

• Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and to highlight the discrepancies for tender clarifications

• Compiling all documents required for submission

• To perform price comparison and quotation evaluation

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

Requirement

• Possess Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred

• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office programs

• Proficient in bluebeam and glodon will be a plus.
