- Assist in moving patients to and from radiology services.
- Provide basic care, such as helping with attire changes and giving pre/post-procedure instructions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and refer complex questions to radiographers.
- Exhibit good communication skills with patients and staff.
- Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Monitor and restock linens and consumables.
- Help transport imaging equipment and sensitive documents.
- Assist in transferring patients using proper techniques.
- Use IT systems for scheduling, registration, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle forms and films during system downtimes.
- Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and quality control of imaging equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of workspaces, waiting areas, and examination rooms.
Requirement
- Experience in healthcare/ radiography
- Able to Work shifts, including nights, as part of a 24-hour service.
