HiArt is currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team, with flexible weekday availability and the willingness to travel to various outlets as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
- Assisting with student enrollment processes
- Providing support for daily center operations
- Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
- Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor
- Willingness to work at least one weekend is preferred
- Capability to travel to different locations as required.
Work locations: (Marine Parade / Sengkang / Tiong Bahru / Novena / Bukit Panjang/ Bukit Timah)
Flexi- working days from Tuesday to Friday, 3-9pm, or Weekends 9am-6pm.
