• Manage season parking for staff and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
• Organise office events and catering for office functions and meetings as required
• Be responsible for staff amenities i.e. Board Room, Pantry etc.
• Provide word processing and data entry support
• Assist with processing all student receipts
• Other General Duties as required

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
• With relevant customer service experience is added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Description

Correspondence with parents

• Handle all inquiries and student registrations online and offline.

Data Entry

• Prepare center’s enrolment on daily basis
• Maintain and update students’ profiles.

Curriculum & worksheets

• Assist the Academic Department with the assignment of curriculum
• Preparation of worksheets and answer sheets for teachers uses in weekly classes.

Up-keeping centre

• Maintain centre’s common areas in a neat, clean and orderly manner
• Ensure classrooms are clean and well-stocked with materials and stationery.

Any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor requirements:-
