Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at The Talent Network Pte Ltd. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for 360 recruitment, managing end-to-end recruiting activities which include dealing with both clients and candidates. This role is based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work.

Requirement

• Min a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Salary compensation according to experience
• Candidates without experience but with strong passion in recruitment are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training provided.
• CEI certified. Candidate without certification will be send for course and test.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out skin analysis and provide professional advice to patients as per the clinic system

• Recommend suitable skincare solutions and procedures based on customers’ requirements.

• Attend to clients’ inquiries, including telephone & walk-in inquiries

• Contribute to the client retention program with diligence and commitment

• Responsible for appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement

• Responsible in registering clients and cashiering duties in sales transactions

• Assist in retrieval, filing and updating of consultation cards

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

• Able to achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve the expected goals

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years’ working experience

• Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC qualifications or equivalent

• Able to converse fluently with English and Chinese speaking customers

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development professional to help us expand our vertical client based in Transportation and Medical industries. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Execute company strategic plan: Study the selected vertical’s value chain/players;
• Identify, prioritize, schedule, pursue, and deliver strategic Key End-user project opportunities for target fulfillment,
• Building long term relationship through direct and indirect touch,
• Use of innovative marketing tools to nurture this relationship,
• Work as a Team with project sales and System Integration partners to manage Key End User accounts in the Public Sector
• Make the knowledge available to project sales and product marketing teams for planning and fulfillment purposes
• Deep dive into End-User organization structure and ability to understand the different Group down to the Department level of the End User to identify the opportunities area
• Conduct Key End-user events to better understand the required features & functions of future technologies in the video based IoT space.
• Provide Key End-user presentations during “face to face” and Virtual introductory meetings.
• Develop and schedule the deployment of required Key End-user programs to address individual End-user needs and pain-points
• Identify & understand the business models of the Key End-user accounts as it relates to security and not limited to security functions
• Cooperate with and coordinate company internal technical resources and project teams to effectively communicate the expansion / transition to future technology.
• Provide educational/awareness briefings for End-users to reinforce role as “Trusted Advisor”.
• Interface, collaborate, and communicate effectively with other departments and business units addressing the end-user in support of company goals.
• Expand and maintain a comprehensive database of key and named end-user accounts in the Public Sector
• Maintain a high degree of product knowledge, more on the spectrum/benefit/road map level.
• Attend applicable industry tradeshows, meetings and other internal and external events, especially with focus on speaking and presentation opportunity.
• Participate in applicable End-user seminars and conferences and drive engagement.
• Provide timely and accurate monthly status report of group activities and progress using CRM & during the weekly / monthly / quarterly briefing session.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 5-10 years of proven business development experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in CCTV or a technology related industry. Candidate with Project Sales experience with a System Integration Company in the Physical Security Industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and financial skills
• Strong account management skills with experience in collaboration in a global team
• Ability to think critically and creatively and to contribute in a team environment
• Ability to use the internal and external tools to gather and interpret data
• Binlingual in English & Mandarin
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
