• Position: Implementation Software Consultant - (Knowledge of monday.com/ B2B SaaS/ Sales Support)

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement tailored solutions using the monday.com Work OS.
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, building proof-of-concepts, and delivering post-sale implementation services.
• Plan and manage customer onboarding solutions, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management.
• Design advanced solutions leveraging monday.com’s APIs, apps framework, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat).
• Supplement workflows using low-code/no-code tools to extend monday.com capabilities.
• Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, customer goals, and deliverables are met.
• Conduct end-user training, workshops, and webinars to empower customers and improve adoption of the platform.
• Work with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions that address their unique business needs and challenges.
• Build relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success / implementation manager / professional services consultant / technical project manager, preferably with experience in complex product implementation.
• Expertise in architecting and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers, ideally within the onboarding and implementation of software platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and experience with integration platforms like Unito, Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
• Ability to code in Java/ Python, familiarity with React would be advantageous
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SSO/SAML/AD identity authentication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

a. Client Engagement
• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including resume tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment
• Hold regular follow-up appointments to provide accountability and monitor progress on Action Plan, adjusting along the way as necessary
• Motivate, encourage and empower Job Seekers throughout their job search journey

b. Business Partnering
• Work with the business development team to communicate and value-add of company/ CMP Programme to build relationships with employers and secure new vacancies
• Understand employer business needs and partner with them to fulfil their hiring requirements by matching suitable Job Seekers accordingly
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market, employers and industry sectors

c. In-Work Support
• Support Job Seekers through their first 12 months of new employment via monthly calls to ensure sustained employment
• Assist Job Seekers with adjusting to their new work environment, troubleshooting any issues that may affect sustained employment

d. Administration & Quality
• Adhere to company, Project and WSG guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
• Document all correspondences and support rendered to Job Seekers on CRM system
• Ensure Job Seeker details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Job Seeker information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with relevant transferable straits
• IT-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems / software
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
