Job description:

• Recruitment Officer to manage company recruitment portfolio such as posting advertisements, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting to manage Social Media Accounts and content generation such as simple video editing and to perform social media trending
• Collaborate with schools / private institutions on recruitment activities
• Administrative duties for clients’ management. (EG. Sending letters / gifts / cards / following up on queries and requests.)
• Administrative duties for organization matters. (EG. Taking minutes / managing campaigns and schedules / Filing / Scanning.)
• Handling phone calls
• Data-Entry in preparation of clients’ meetings and organization’s meetings

Job requirements:

• Computer literate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Social media
• Able to do simple editing on Capcut
• Fluent in English
• Good attitude, Has initiative, Meticulous and a Team player.
• Singaporeans / Permanent Resident

Job duties:

• Handle warehouse duties.
• Prepare goods/ cargo for shipment (outbound).
• Perform goods/ cargo acceptance (inbound).
• Prepare shipping documents

Requirements:

• Class 3/ Class D Driving License
• Must be able to read and understand English due to work requirements
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to work requirements
• Able to lift up to 20kg
• Able to stand long hours
• Willing to drive forklift/ learn how to drive forklift

Working hours:

• 6 days work week
• Rotating shift including night shift
