Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed according to design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural aspects of projects from the design phase through to construction, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
• Conduct site inspections and report on progress, identifying potential issues or discrepancies in construction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate submission of architectural drawings for approval by relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Building / Construction or equivalent.
• With 2 - 4 years of working experience in Park/ Playground project is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice period.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage alumni engagement programs catering to different target groups and outcomes.
• Organize events and activities for alumni to connect with NUS students, stakeholders and resources as well as strengthen bonds among themselves.
• Design, create and curate content for publications and social media channels, with captivating stories and relevant information to update, educate and uplift the community.
• Provide administrative support for N-House, NUS’ entrepreneurship-themed residential program.
• Work collaboratively with other Enterprise teams and NUS departments to ensure accuracy of data collection and reporting.
• Monitor the effectiveness of alumni engagement efforts and refine alumni strategies, programs and activities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in alumni relations (either professionally or as a student leader), preferably within a higher education setting.
• Experience in marketing communications and event management is a big advantage.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in coordinating projects on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
   Note: Construction/engineering experience will not be considered.
2. Able to multi-task project management, site coordination skills and work independently.
3. Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
4. MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential. (Microsoft Project)
5. Able to converse in English & Chinese.
6. Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
7. Preferably candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore immediately (SG Citizen / SPR)

Responsibilities:

1. Overall in-charge of the project.
2. Liaise with clients/designers and provide expertise and supervision towards the project team.
3. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.
4. Ensure all plans/documents to landlords/local authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.
5. Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
6. Attend all project coordination and technical at site.
7. Monitor progress on site and ensure quality of works are in accordance.
8. To arrange smoothly of import materials, fixtures, display etc from other countries.

• Evaluate and define the scope of system enhancements to be developed, manage procurement processes, and ensure these enhancements are implemented on schedule.
