Your Mission

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. [3. Junior Chief of Staff - 30%]

Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.

• Design and implement emergency preparedness and contingency plans including periodic drill exercise for all type of emergencies

Requirements

• Degree in Health, Safety and Environment/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/ Civil/ Construction/ Structural.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with MOM
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
