Job Description:
1. Team Management:
Supervise and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
Conduct onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure staff follow service protocols and maintain a professional demeanor.
2. Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift transitions.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining areas and kitchen equipment.
3. Customer Service:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Address service disruptions promptly and effectively.
4. Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and reducing waste.
Ensure accurate cash handling, sales reconciliation, and proper use of POS systems.
Monitor sales performance and provide input for revenue improvement strategies.
5. Quality and Compliance:
Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation align with restaurant standards.
Enforce health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety protocols.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
