• Assist the Product Manager to implement improvements to the products through a range of actions/strategies including new product propositions, product enhancement and rationalisation, initiatives that support improvements in persistency, sales/revenue as well as cost reductions.
• Brainstorm & generate innovative ideas based on research and findings from customer research, market analysis, distributor and customer feedback and complaints.
• Assist in determining product features, benefits & their viability after considering market information such as pricing and competitiveness.
