You will work closely with the current Admin Executive to provide a full range of administrative support to the Group CEO.
Job responsibilities:
· Assist in the full spectrum of administrative tasks
· Overseeing day-to-day admin operations including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings
· Arrange and book travel arrangements for overseas trips
· Assist in organising events planning (sourcing of venues, speakers, arrange for catering)
· Assist in preparation of presentation slides when required
· Any other ad hoc request as assigned by the Group CEO
Job requirements
· Diploma holder in business administration or other related field
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as an Admin Executive
· Experience working in IT industry will be an added advantage
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint and Excel, in particular)
· Able to commence work within short notice
