Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. The RDSO is expected to advance operational security and business relevancy while collaborating with the client, fellow RDSOs, Securitas business divisions, associate contractors, global business partners, and other supporting teams. This position reports directly to the Global Director of Operations.

Essential Functions

• Organize intentional training and coaching for national pastors and lay leaders in consultation with the training committee.
• Support Field Director (FD) and CD in developing human resources in the assigned mission fields.
• Mentor, coach and develop CDs, national leaders and CCOs.
• Lead and care for the respective field teams with the help of the CD, support group or individuals from MMS and partner Churches.
• Visit the fields as necessary to engage, encourage and empower our missionaries and national leaders.
• Assist MMS and MCS in special projects or events as assigned by Executive Director (ED).
• Participates in ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the ED and/or Bishop (e.g. Aldersgate events).
• Preach/teach at churches and/or small groups.
• Any other adhoc projects/tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Possess a theological degree from a college recognized by MMS.
• At least 7 years of ministry experience related to Christian missions in South East Asia region.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various key stakeholders.
• Able to communicate effectively across many levels of committees headed by clergy and laity.
• Able to work well independently and under challenging timelines.
• Good project management knowledge in planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Good business and financial knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office Application (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands through:

• Detect and analyse opportunities, targeting suitable organisations and target audiences to drive new business development that supports the overall company’s vision and sales strategy.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and determine possible solutions.
• Actively source for new leads either via cold calling or other means including networking and building relationships with prospects.
• Coordinate with the regional BDs or Client Solutions Managers in developing a solution based on the gathered requirement/s from a prospective client.
• Provide information and insights in the documents for submission to ensure they are correct, competitive and offer attractive solution for the client and submission is completed before the deadline.
• Share best practices, feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any related field.
• Preferable with at least 10 years of working experience in cold calling and B2B sales management is required for this position.
• Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
