Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. Be a strategic leader:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Team Summary

The Director, Gaming Vertical Lead will be a part of the AP Growth Verticals team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who work with market teams to deploy acceptance growth initiatives, issuance opportunities, and seller-side solutions to catalyze growth across Asia Pacific. What a Director, Management Consultant, Visa Consulting & Analytics for Regional Southeast Asia does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Strategy SME in Visa Consulting and Analytics practice lead for Regional SEA team based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payments strategy consulting across regional cluster comprising of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC) working with the respective VCA Market leads. The Director will be responsible for significant components of client consulting engagements, and in some cases leading end-to-end delivery of these engagements, within the Strategy practice vertical. As a Regional Planning Director, you will be working closely with local media teams to drive regional strategy & operational excellence across the region.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with global and business lead to develop regional guidelines in adherence to global strategy
• Day-to-day Client Lead
• Work closely in support of the account/network lead on all operational and network matters
• Ensure local & hub adoption and adherence to global guidelines, mandates, benchmarks
• Work together with hub team to drive operational excellence across execution and reporting
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients' objectives
• Manage hub transition & activation timeline
• Facilitate & manage all global and client requests (e.g. plans/spends/reporting, vendors rate cards/media kits, etc.)
• Ensure clear documentation on all communications with all parties
• Develop, manage cross-country planning/buying process and scopes, billing process flow
• Review and facilitate work orders for regional funded activities
• Manage finance/billing request (i.e. status updates) from client
• Work closely with finance team and local markets to report on financial matters
• Work with Hub team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance)
• Follow-up with clients on aging matters
• Able to lead and manage strategic business partnerships that are critical to the client’s business
• Experience in driving strategic business development recommendations and ensuring follow through of the same across teams and markets
• Solid integrated planning experience and able to develop guidelines / toolkits to help ensure consistency in planning principles across markets for the business
• Able to drive business plan reviews across markets in alignment with the client’s goals
• Experience in working with multiple digital ad techs and is able to lead in developing, planning and activating data driven initiatives alongside the planning team
• Experience with managing brand safety guidelines and ensuring local market teams are adhering to these guidelines
• Strong team leadership skills
• Able to work collaboratively across specialist partners within the network

Your Mission 

We are looking for a Product Regional Director to join our fast-growing Product Readiness team. Reporting to our SVP Global Products, you will be supporting the team on business growth in Asia Pacific.

You will have a key focus on understanding customer drivers of demand / need. Assess localization need for products, solutions. Support market expansion in new markets, e.g., Thailand and Vietnam. Support client success with our strategic customers, and engage with domestic and global customers in the region. The role also requires engaging internally with a broad cross-functional team including business development, product, operations, engineering and risk to name a few.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-       You have an intellectual, problem-solver and logical mind with the ability to synthesize data, insights, and feedback from multiple sources. You are comfortable in translating abstract ideas and information into concrete short-term and long-term product bets that support Nuvei’s growth.

-       You are a “roll up your sleeves” leader who can work with product, development and customer teams to define what is required to deliver the product commercially.

-       You are known by internal and external stakeholders as collaborative and inspirational. You foster strong relationships and alignment across different stakeholders within and outside the organization

You will be a high-impact individual contributor whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-       Make use of our payments infrastructure to improve the performance of existing product suite, while evaluating any new products, platforms that prove to have incremental value (bias towards significant differentiation)

-       Seek out innovation in the merchants services domain by considering consumer’s needs, relevant regulatory and technological trends that could influence Nuvei’s approach to payments in the short-term vs. the long-term (social gaming, x-border transfers)

-       Build a framework for what is commercially ready – beyond development to be ready for market. 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

-       5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B or B2C)

-       Knowledge of payments technologies (e.g. network tokens, PINless, Faster Payments, ACH, etc.) is a plus

-       Highly analytical with the ability to use data to make decisions

-       Strong verbal and written communication skills

-       Impeccable judgment and integrity

-       Ability to juggle multiple critical tasks simultaneously

-       Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

-       Willingness to travel as needed, globally
