Job Description
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients.
- Develop and finalize business proposals & contracts, aligning with both organizational and client requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations & proposals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
- Gather client feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
- Develop and oversee the budget, grants, milestone delivery, and claims status for the resources, systems, or tools implemented.
- Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Meticulous, highly organized, and a team-player.
- Self-driven, adaptive, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
