Job Summary
Create, manage, and implement all-encompassing PR and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenue, generate foot traffic and build awareness.
As the Food and Beverage Marketing Manager, you are encouraged to be curious, innovative, and passionate in all that you do. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple disciplines, including station and onboard operations, food and beverage operations, creative team, and retail partners.
You will partner closely with the marketing team members and sales team to generate new opportunities, drive revenue, and evolve the brand positioning for the food and beverage outlets within our stations and community. You will create and execute annual marketing plans and translate those into integrated campaigns and activation across PR, influencers, digital, partnerships, and other key channels. Responsibilities
- Implement on property marketing programs with F&B Manager to create greater awareness of all on property outlets to drive greater penetration of that audience.
- Conduct ongoing meetings with the Station Operations team to collaborate on ideas, programming, and partner activations.
- Support the restaurant Managers and Assistant restaurant managers for activations, special events, merchandise, and holiday promotions.
- Work with Creative Department to create and print menus, signage, campaigns, and other collateral as they are needed and updated.
- Partner with Marketing Coordinators and CRM Manager to develop and implement marketing efforts across various marketing channels (social media, in station network, email, website).
- Perform weekly analysis of sales revenue to maintain an understanding of business drivers and consumer wants/needs.
- Collaborate with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to curate food and beverage offerings and experiences that will generate buzz and drive sales.
- Work alongside the Director of F&B and Operation Manager to set and track goals and ROI for promotions, specials, events, and marketing campaigns
- Also conduct audits and reviews to equity and franchise business with appropriate business solutions.
- To maintain flexibility to perform other duties and projects as required and deemed necessary to support the overall business objectives.
- Work with the sales team and F&B team to identify, solicit, influence and convert highly valuable revenue opportunities.
- Attend selected market events to promote new business & increase sales and marketing opportunities for the outlets.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Develop marketing campaigns that are aligned with brand and strategies.
- Create data-driven commercial insights and strategies to acquire customers.
- Works with the General Manager & extended teams to develop a Marketing & Events Plan & that identifies key market niche (s) and segments & defines the focus on these.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of at least 8 years of brand marketing, advertising and promotion experience within Food & Beverage Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing field.
- Recognizing current trends, marketplace attitudes and company intelligence
- Commercially focused, ability to analyse market data and results driven.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Photography, graphic design, videography and editing skills

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional
