The primary role of a Design Manager is to manage all design work required during construction projects. This includes overseeing the production of technical drawings and plans used to build a structure. You ensure that all designs are produced on time and to a high quality and that they are coordinated with the work of architects, engineers and technicians. You also oversee the design process using technical expertise to ensure that designs meet the client’s expectations.

Design Manager, you will need a related subject, such as architecture, construction management, construction project management, design management, or architectural technology.

Requirements:

• must possess technical skills and knowledge in construction design and project management.
• knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD and BIM
• familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
• knowledge of construction materials and methods, building codes and regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Collaborating with sales leadership to design and execute strategies that align with company goals
• Develop sales targets and forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales team performance
• Tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales performance
• Designing and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Creating dashboards and reports to track metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, win rates, and quota attainment
• Analysing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, then suggest improvements.
• Evaluating and implementing tools for lead generation, sales analytics, and automation
• Training and supporting Area Sales Managers in effectively using these tools

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years retail Operations role , preferably food perishables
• Own motor bike or car
• Proficient in data analysis and creating actionable insights
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and with leadership
• Capable of addressing process inefficiencies and aligning solutions with business goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in a managerial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365
