Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall responsible for the sites’ maintenance and provide strong technical stewardship in various disciplines

· Provide strategic guidance in sourcing & contract management, operations & maintenance and resource & cost sustainability

· Manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and customer

· Forge win-win partnerships with tenants’ shopfloor/ frontline operations.

· Grow and develop the in-house technical expertise

· To coach and train the team so that they are familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements

· Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned

· To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues
