Job Scope

· Responsible for carrying out feasibility study on projects, obtaining quotation and funding approval.

· Provide advice on technical matters for the client's premises, in relation to relevant authorities' requirements and recognized standards.

· Provide advice on the project matters and supervise during the construction stage and inspect premises after completion of construction.

· Prepare reports on the completion works.

· Any other duties are assigned.

Requirement

· Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.

· 4 years of relevant experience in project management works.

· High level of proficiency with submission process for town council approval

Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Generate and issue regular reports (daily, quarterly, yearly).
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business division heads through clear communication and timely info sharing.
• Advisory: Guide transaction structuring with risk mitigation tools for optimal risk-reward.
• Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends and maintain key relationships through meetings.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce company-wide credit policies per internal standards.
• Insurance Management: Handle all insurance matters, including policy negotiations.
• Compliance: Understand company internal policies and applications and ensure compliance.
• Best Practices: Propose and implement credit risk management improvements.
• Policy Review: Reviewing and enhancing credit policies and systems.
• System Harmonization: Align global credit policies and systems with company standards.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of credit analysis and risk management, preferably from commodities/ financial institutions industry.
• Solid understanding and experience in AML, KYC, Credit Risk and Compliance, Credit Rating Models.
• Knowledge with ISDA/CSA, TOB and derivatives instruments.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at AKASA, IPG Hospitality Indian restaurant at Tanjong Pagar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operational and managerial functions of the establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed and optimizing stock rotation.

Customer Service:

Foster a customer-centric environment by training and leading the front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional service.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Staff Management:

Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and staff supervision.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and basic financial management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee cafeteria operations, including staff supervision, menu planning, and food cost management, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Sr. Regional Partner Manager, you will help support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners.

The Sr. Regional Partner Manager is aligned to a focused regional territory to lead Co-sell/Co-delivery and "Sourced" NNACV. You will produce new business in logo accounts, and ensuring our partners help provide successful projects within your territory or region (ASEAN + North Asia which is Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau).
