• Lead a team of experienced executives in managing building operations and facilities, including outsourced services such as M&E systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Prepare, call, evaluate, and manage tenders and quotations for maintenance, repair, and service projects. Provide advice on selecting vendors and oversee the tender awarding process.
• Implement sustainable initiatives in line with Green Mark standards. Conduct fire evacuation drills, tabletop exercises, and CERT training to comply with SCDF regulations.
• Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, liaise with authorities for licensing, maintain records, and build strong relationships with tenants to address tenancy matters and feedback.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experienced in managing a commercial building
