Job Description

1. Able to understand construction drawing
2. Able to use simple CAD software if needed
3. Able to travel to construction site for survey / meeting / supplier workshop etc

Job description :

The Online Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, analytical tasks, research, writing, listings, order processing, e-commerce testing. Some remote work is allowed in this role. This is a good opportunity to participate in a new project in Singapore with future expansion to other SEA markets.

Qualifications :

* Strong Communication

* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

* Knowledge of e-commerce practices and Shopify is a plus

* Currently pursuing or a graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking employees to schedule training and work requirements).
• Having knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
