Job Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated research scientist to work on exciting projects in Cybersecurity (AI for Cybersecurity). Need Strong programming skills and familiarity with Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a world-class interdisciplinary team comprising malware, networking, cybersecurity, machine learning, and deep learning experts. Research scientist will also work closely with industry partners and interact with them to understand their real-world needs. The successful candidate will also engage in project scoping with industry companies to develop a solution to address cybersecurity enterprise application needs.

Job Requirement

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields, Knowledge or experience in cyber security, network security, system security using Artificial Intelligence
• Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity, network security, or system security using AI
• 2-3 years of working experience in related research areas is a plus
• Publications in top-tier security venues (IEEE S&P, NDSS, USENIX Security, ACM CCS) are expected
• Proficient with DL programing frameworks in Python
• Strong interest in AI for Cybersecurity
• Ability to work independently, as well as in teams - highly desired
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt - highly desired
• Good team player with both research and engineering ethics
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills for proposals, reports, and publications

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Research Fellow to investigate the rules in cancer antigen discovery, towards therapeutic and preventive therapy. Project involves mass spectrometry, immunology and computation. The ideal candidate need not specialise in all three aspects, but should be technically strong in at least one of these areas.

Job Description

The Research Fellow in Computational Immunology/Bioinformatics will play a key role in advancing our research projects by conducting expert analyses of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. This includes single-cell RNA sequencing, T-/B-cell receptor analysis, long-read sequencing, and spatial omics analysis using imaging data. The fellow will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of leading immunologists, oncologists, and AI scientists, contributing to pioneering research that utilizes diverse data types, ranging from cell lines to clinical samples. The position will leverage the fellow’s bioinformatics expertise to innovate and contribute to the development of effective T-cell epitopes for cancer vaccine design.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform advanced single-cell analyses to identify distinct cell phenotypes and interactions, elucidating the transcriptomic landscape that drives tumor progression and/or responses to treatments.
• Develop robust bioinformatics pipelines for analysing TCR and in-situ tumor-immune spatial organization using long-read sequencing and high-plex immunofluorescence data, respectively.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of biologists, clinicians, and AI scientists to contextualize findings within complex disease landscapes.
• Manage data curation and ensure the integrity and accessibility of datasets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bioinformatics methodologies and stay informed about new technologies and computational tools.
• Communicate findings through scientific publications, presentations, and reports for both academic and non-academic audiences.

Job Requirement
