The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSOM) is a leading research institution in the world, being ranked in the top 20 worldwide and holds the top position in Asia (QS ranking). Established in 1905 to educate and train medical professionals for Singapore, YLLSOM hosts more than 40 departments in the basic sciences and clinical specialties, as well as faculty research centres and Translational Research Programmes covering a full spectrum of medical specialties.

If hired, the Professor will be part of the Centre for Translational MR Research (TMR), which offers state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) capacity for both clinical and translational research. TMR is staffed with trained personnel to support research in imaging and image analysis, spanning from basic science to clinical trials. • Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store by keeping displays organized, tidy, and appealing.
• Replenish stock on the floor as needed and ensure that all items are neatly displayed.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure the store maintains an attractive, fashionable aesthetic.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is tracked and updated regularly.
• Assist with product receiving, inventory counts, and restocking shelves.

Store Operations:

• Process customer transactions at the checkout counter and ensure a smooth and accurate payment process.
• Handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Assist in preparing for sales, promotions, and events, including store set-up and merchandising adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and their families upon arrival.
• Provide directional guidance within the facility, helping visitors locate clinics, wards, and amenities such as the kopitiam.
• Offer physical support to patients with crutches or in wheelchairs, including assistance from taxis to the entrance.
• Maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor, addressing any questions or concerns from patients and their families.
• Support staff in managing visitor flow and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• No experience needed , Training Provided

Working Hours :

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Salary :
$1,700 – $2,000/month


Summary :
This job is a very hands-on job – basically serving food tray from the robot to patients (2 tea breaks + lunch + dinner).
Apart from serving food, will need to do inventory if the food stocks going low or linen stocks are low.


Job Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serving of food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Checking food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements :

• Have to work 1 weekend
• Able to work on PH
• Experience in customer service
