Role Summary

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the business development team in client onboarding, managing client queries and transactions, coordinating trade placements, and handling other related tasks. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in client services, business development, or operations within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to fund management, wealth management, or EAM settings.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of financial products, client onboarding processes, and regulatory requirements in fund management environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to handle client interactions professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
