1. Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Accounting / ACCA

2. 1-3 years’ experience in related AR / AP / GL Accounting functions

• Provides project management for ongoing client sample programs through daily customer communication and contact. 
• Provides sample registration though the laboratory LIMS system and ensures correct registration
• Arranges all aspects of local and international logistics for both sample collections and overseas shipments to global partners.
• Performs data entry into eLIMS, CRM and other databases, as appropriate
• Be an internal liaison for clients so they only need to contact one person.

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of Incident Management Lifecycle

• Build the knowledge base and understand the various application service flow  product, and services

• Able to develop, edit, and distribute effective internal and external communication in a timely and accurate manner as per the documented process

• Follow documented support procedures, managing each issue through resolution or turnover to maintain established service levels

• Liaise with L2 support groups to collaborate on the resolution of incidents and problems

• Proactively work with Global Support groups and/or client or vendors to provide flexible and nimble solution for client issues and resolve system problems quickly

• Track update and resolve all assigned requests in the incident management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate, and meets a standard of high quality

• Enhance technical skills through participation in ongoing training

• Able to communicate and work cordially in global team with teammate from different culture and in time zone.

• Ensure all incidents and changes are in compliance to ITIL and operation policy

• Be able to problem diagnose, quickly and efficiently by running and review application and network traces

• Ensure accurate logging of incidents in ServiceNow, producing incident summary reports/executive summaries, other reports, appropriate for use in post incident review or for formal internal/external customer review

• Ensure all functions adhere to all policies and procedures to meet the requirements of the Audit, Regulators and Compliance guidelines.

• Representation & Participation for the Major Incident team during operational meetings

• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach

• Ability to communicate well and manage highly stressful situations during the Incident.

Team Summary

The Risk & Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all risk and data solutions in the Asia Pacific markets in our Value Added Services (VAS) organisation. The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop and scale Visa’s risk and data solutions for our respective markets.

What an Associate, Risk Products in the Risk Solutions team does at Visa:

The Associate, Risk Products plays an important role in the introduction of new non-card risk capabilities to the Visa Risk Solutions portfolio, specifically supporting Visa Protect for Account-to-Account Payments (VPAA), a pivotal solution that expands our risk capabilities in the A2A space. You will be supporting in the delivery, deployment and commercialisation of new non-card risk solutions (e.g. VPAA) across the AP region. The Associate, Risk Products will report to the Director Risk Products for New Capabilities.

You will have the opportunity to work with global and regional stakeholders, partnering with market teams to ensure local requirements are appropriately represented in product execution.  You will support the team across the full product lifecycle including core product delivery, development of GTM materials, product training and the establishment of sales pipelines.

Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset with an understanding of card and real time payment flows. Your passion for growing new business, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a market-focused approach will enable you to succeed in this role.  You must be able to operate as a member of a team with ownership of your own deliverables.

This role is based in the Asia Pacific Market Support Centre in Singapore and will work in partnership with our market teams in the delivery of ambitious product delivery and revenue goals.

Specific areas of accountability will include:

• Coordinating activities to bring new risk capabilities (e.g. VPAA) into the AP region.  This includes product governance, client management as appropriate and subsequent commercialization of the offering
• Supporting the development and management of sales plans to bring the product to market, accelerate adoption and driving commercial success to achieve product adoption and revenue goals for the AP region

• Assisting in development of product documentation to support client engagement sessions and product demonstrations
