The Role:
This unique opportunity within the Experience Strategy Team allows you to significantly impact the Bank's customer experience by driving Customer Obsession across six key markets (Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, and Taiwan). You'll design, deliver, and continuously improve qualitative research training programs that empower staff to understand customer needs and drive impactful
change.
Your Impact:
- Empower Bank Staff: Design and deliver engaging qualitative research training across six markets, managing the entire process from onboarding (teams in the program, includes briefing and scope of the teams’ reseach objective) to post-training support, including managing external trainers.
- Drive Research Excellence: Introduce and implement new qualitative research approaches, providing training where needed and ensuring best practices are adopted. This includes effective stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Showcase Success: Support the organization of events and communication strategies to highlight valuable customer insights across the bank.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide support for program data tracking and Reporting
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in qualitative or UX research, demonstrating a proven ability to uncover customers' underlying motivations and needs.
- Proven experience in training and facilitating workshopsfor diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners and manage stakeholders.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, proactive, innovative mindset; comfortable adapting to fluid situations and embracing challenges.
- Singaporeans Only / Contract: One year/extendable
