We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Wildlife Research Associate. The ideal candidate needs to have a foundational background in environmental engineering/science or a related field and an interest in wildlife. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience a broad scope involving airport wildlife management and sustainable developments.

Your Responsibilities:

Aviation wildlife management:

• Participate in bird surveys and wildlife assessments to identify species present in and around the airport.
• Assist with the development and implementation of wildlife management plans, including habitat modification, deterrent techniques, and wildlife monitoring programs.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and training sessions on environmental and wildlife management topics for airport staff, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Support incident investigations related to wildlife strikes, and other environmental emergencies as needed.

EMMP-related

• Participate in regular site inspections and environmental audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Support initiatives involving internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies to address environmental impacts and promote environmental stewardship.

Our Requirements:

• Diploma in environmental and marine/biological science, environmental engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. Able to follow instructions with precision and use organizational skills are to manage schedule of tasks.
• Basic knowledge in identifying local wildlife.
• Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software preferred. AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of EMMP processes and environmental regulations/guidelines are advantageous.

regular clinic nurse part time morning or full time. 2 shifts Mondays to Thursdays. Morning shift only on Fridays and Saturdays. No experience required. Training will be provided by senior nurse. Will need to use clinic computer for work. Part timer s$12 per hour. Check our website on Google Maps for description of our working times. 2 nurses will be deployed at all times unless one is on MC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will asist Director of Nursing in leading and managing the nursing team to ensure safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective care is delivered to residents and their families.

1. Oversee the multi-disciplinary team.
2. Responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health and Singapore Nursing Board.
3. Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Ensure quality audits are planned and conducted periodically. Follow up with areas for corrective improvements.
4. Promote evidence-based practices or nursing care delivery.
5. Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the provision of nursing care delivery.
6. Ensure the smooth transition of the residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible.
7. Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standards.
8. Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services.
9. Direct and facilitate staff development and competencies upgrading through various opportunities. These may include formal education, in-house or approved online learning programmes.
10. Guide orientation / induction programmes and preceptorship for all new staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Nursing/ Degree in Nursing
• Full RN Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Pleasant personality
• Good leadership skills

Job Scope:

Research

· Assist with data collation, analysis, and compilation of Singapore Cultural Statistics

· Assist with building of data warehouse/research for quarterly data insights newsletter, Culture Bytes.

· Assist with organisation of research training workshops for the Cultural Policy Research Network.

· Assist with development of Custom-GPTs for Research use cases where needed (training will be provided).

Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours:

Mondays – Thursdays, 9am – 6.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Fridays, 9 am – 6 pm

Hybrid mode – few days in office and some days work from home

Salary: Monthly Rated

Contract Duration: June 2025 - Dec 2025
