Job Description

1. The RTO shall supervise all works relevant to tunnel construction and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s/CAG’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. Maintain & control site records as per the BCA control act. The RTO (T) shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late-night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO (T) shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW), etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Management for preparing presentation slides for projects updates and maintaining proper work progress records.

Job Requirement

1. The RTO (Tunnel) shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

2. The RTO (Tunnel) shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of Tunnel works such as bored tunnels, mined tunnels, etc.

3. The RTO (T) possessing work experience in EPBM and slurry TBM, cross passage, ERSS, and ground improvements works

4. Working Location: LTA/CAG Project Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Maintain general cleanliness of classrooms and special rooms, general office etc.

• Escort contractors during maintenance works.

• Assist in traffic control and Gate duties during arrival and dismissal time.

• Look out and report any safety hazard and building fault found around the school.

• Basic knowledge and understanding electrical work such as resetting the DB during power trip.

• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment.

• Closing and arming of school.
