The Data Centre Operations Engineer will be responsible for supporting Data Centre Operations Management Services for the Company and/or In-Scope Institutions.

Job Scopes Wise:

1. Facility Management:

• Monitor and manage data centre infrastructure including power, cooling cabling, fire detection, and suppression systems.

• Support maintenance, servicing, repair, and upgrading activities related to data centre facilities infrastructure.

• Track inventory of backup media and handle faulty or damaged media.

• Perform routine physical inspections and document findings.
• Support service recovery and incident resolution efforts.
