MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- To assist in managing daily food and beverage operations and continuous improvement in service quality at F&B outlet
- To assist in demonstrating leadership and service excellence to students that are on training at F&B outlet
- To assist in managing banquet operations, meeting and outside catering
- To assist in managing daily operations and meeting outlets’ objectives/ target
- To assist in liaising and coordinating with relevant parties with regards to F&B events, maintenance and security matters
- To assist in managing F&B outlet and ensure its operations to be on par with industry standards that are current and relevant
- To assist in Student training and ensure that they are operationally ready after their practicum
- To assist in marketing promotion of F&B outlet
- To assist in maintaining F&B and Service Quality on effective communications with guest through their feedbacks
- To assist in establish F&B outlet operation procedures
- To maintain the cleanliness of F&B outlet and ensure all mandatory requirements are met
- To ensure effective communication to Students and maintain Student Induction program
- To assist in planning, coordinating of duty roster and attendance
- To assist in managing and supervising Students assigned to operations
- To provide coaching and counselling to Students
- To conduct post-evaluation and assessment for Students’ attachment
- To assist in coordinating and invigilates final practical examinations
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Certificate/ Diploma in F&B Operation/ Hospitality & Tourism or related studies
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in restaurant or café
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
